Please use the following pages to find out more about Middleton Child Contact Centre If you are a family referrer you can find out how to make referrals to the Centre along with access to some of our information documents that can be downloaded for your own use and for passing on to contact families. We also accept self-referrals. Whatever type of referral please look at the step by step guide to referrals on the Guide to referrals tab and Referral Documents on the Documents tab for guidance.

Opening times are alternate Saturday mornings 9.00am to 11.00am.

Please note that the Contact Centre telephone is not manned all the time. Please telephone during office hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5 pm. If the telephone isn’t answered please leave a message on the answer service and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

    Places at the Contact Centre are in high demand such that on occasion we have to operate a waiting list, therefore if a place is offered to a family and then not used for 3 consecutive sessions we reserve the right to withdraw that place so that other waiting families may attend the centre.
