Middleton Child Contact Centre

CODE OF BEHAVIOUR

The Centre is here to provide

a safe and happy environment for your children.

We therefore ask visitors to the Centre

to abide by the following Code of Behaviour:

  • to remember that parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times whilst in the Centre.

  • to remember that one parent must stay with the child[ren] at all times.

  • to behave in a reasonable manner whilst in the Centre. For example, users are asked not to swear or to behave in an aggressive manner.

  • to behave in a way that will not cause offence to other families or Centre users.

  • to take reasonable care of toys and equipment provided by the Centre.

  • not to smoke in any part of the Centre premises, including toilets and staircases.

  • to comply with any arrangements that may have been agreed prior to the visits to the Centre.

  • not to leave the Centre during visits unless agreement has been reached beforehand with all parties.

  • to speak to the Centre Coordinator, or one of the volunteers before taking photographs, or using a video camera at the Centre. The privacy of other families must be respected.

If you need help at any time please ask a volunteer.
